Does anyone know of a manufacturer for the larger pins and receptacles located where the chassis harness connects to the dash harness? Off the top of my head I believe connector b-77 contains about 4-5 of these. They are not the TE175269 and 175265 or the corresponding yazaki. They are a very similar design but they appear to be for a 4.8mm pin. It looks like most of the larger gauge wires use these with the exception of the mpi relay. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So far from internet speculation, this Yazaki seems to be the closest thing. Sumitomo, ket, and all the other manufacturers have subtle differences in the bottom tangs that protrude from the locking indention. All of theirs are offset inward slightly which could alter how they sit in the connector due to the fact that some of the connectors which use these have "paths" cast into them where those tangs ride to help keep the terminal square or retained.

KET, sumitomo, etc.

Yazaki 4045 series (403x series have the same offset bottom tangs)

I guess it is also worth noting that there are a handful of other connectors in the chassis harness that utilize the same Yazaki receptacle but do not have those bottom tangs. I have not spent much time searching for these as I intend to just grind them off.

Dumping this in here for future reference: Yakazi 7116168002 seem to be the appropriate pins for the 2gb cam sensor. I also have a lot more pin p/n's in my personal notes if anyone is ever looking for any other ones. I don't like to crimp or solder in pigtails so i am constantly sourcing pins, seals, and connectors to make new from scratch.
