@TK's9d2TSi Tony, this is not in the Kiggly's instructions but if your oil pump is OEM, also you should check the clearance of one of oil pump gear cover bolts to Kiggly girdle where the green circle is. The girdle's lower edge could be contacting a bolt a little bit. This doesn't happen if you are using ACL oil pump since it has a thiner flange for the cover.

An you are gonna have to beat the piss out of the oil pan too.
Since I haven’t dealt with it yet. Why couldn’t you just grind the girdle instead?
Grind enough to allow for expansion as things heat up.
