What could cause this? It has done it 3 times now. But it dont do it often. It does it around 3400rpm. Any sugestions of what it could be?

..so I basically cleaned and re newed everything. Ya I'm throwing a CEL but I know what it is..it's the fpr relay like I said, how do I know that? I read the code off of it and I had a buddy let me use his fpr relay for a day or so off his gsx and no cel came back on..but once I put hers back on it came right back on.
