Installing horn in a 2G

So my Eclipse does not have a horn so I bought one and am in the process of installing it.


There are two wires hanging down by the driver side headlight, one is black and the other is green with a red stripe. Are these the wires for the horn? Which wire is the power and which is the ground?

Any other tips or suggestions would be appreciated

The green wire w/ red stripe is the signal wire and the black wire is ground. Thank snowborder714 (Brian) for the great pictures of the horn and its wiring...
