okay my 95 eclipse horn does nt work i push the buttons and all you hear is a click noise from the fuse box. now my alarm still goes off with the horn noise and all. what does that mean?

Check see if fuses are good then check connectors to horn then horn itself. There's two horns factory alarm runs both. I remember when my alarm went off one time and before I knew how to shut it off. I removed the alarm fuse and alarm still beeping. One on fire wall the other front driver corner of bumper in front of the abs system.
Do you have oem steering wheel or aftermarket?
