Hi, so I own a 97 Eagle Talon ESi, and the horn doesn't work. When I press the horn button, I can hear an electrical click coming from the engine bay, but none of the horns work. I checked the fuse box in the engine compartment and the fuses are all fine.

It seems unlikely that both horns would break, and if there is an electrical click in the engine compartment, it seems unlikely there's a problem in the steering wheel? Anyone know where this problem may be?

The horns are connected in series. If one horn in not working then the circuit will not be able to complete itself. Heres a diagram so you can see what I'm talking about.
You can always buy one replacement horn and then just replace the old horns one at a time till you find out which one was no good.
