No Horn

You can buy one from pep boys for like $20. Should replace the old one easily, it did on my 2g. It could also be the contacts on the steering wheel, but usually you would have an "uneven" horn if that is the case.

Check the fuse too. The 90 GSX has a built in 'alarm' that can be annoying so someone might have pulled the fuse to keep the horn from honking if the door lock key isn't turned far enough to de-activate it or if whatever sensor 'senses' that it's been turned far enough goes out. Silly, but I've considered pulling that fuse on several occasions!

i usually start at the relay do you hear it click when pressing the button if not go directly to the relay pop it open and press the two contacts together if the horn beeps then your problem is on the grounding side of the relay i.e. between the relay and the horn pad if pressing the contacts doesnt result in a beep check for pwr at the relay there should be two with 12v and one with ground(which would be the horn )and the fourth should flash ground when pressing the horn button hope this helps oh and of course make sure that there is acually a horn in the car as previously said
