I have a 93 eagle talon tsi and I was adjusting the headlights and a wire hit the radiator support and sparked, when that happened all my lights went out. Now I have no headlights, driving lights, dash lights, or horn. Checked fuse is not getting any power to it. Anyone know what would be the problem? Already fixed the wire.

Got horn to work

If the fuses in the car and under the hood are all good. Check and test the headlight and stoplight relays.

If yor still not getting power, and fuses, relays, are good. It's possible you could have a short, a spliced wire, something isn't completing a circuit for it not to have any power. I'd check over that wire that sparked.

if the fuses are good, and you find the wires good, check the relay.. they should be the black box type with 4 inputs.. swap a good one you know is working from a different accessory, then try and see if it functions to whatever you applied the fuse to.
