blinkers and horn???

Ok so my horn sounds when i push the alarm button. My marker lights turn on with the headlight switch. Yet I have no horn when pushing on the pad and no blinkers when I activate the turn signal switch. Have a new relay for the blinkers but i can't find the stock one. Took the whole underside of the dash apart and ccan;t find this damn thing anywhere!!! Are theses maybe related problems or am I chasing my friggin tail here?

Turn signal relay is behind and above radio on right side bolted to the center stay.

Okay, so maybe a stupid question but would it be easier to get to it by removing the stereo or by taking off the passenger side inner kick panel....

I doubt you can even remove it going through the side panel but try it and if no go, then go the radio route (which is the way I took the picture).
