2G Momo steering wheel horn

Okay so I've been looking around at forums and some videos. They haven't seem to be specific with detail on how to connect the horn properly to an aftermarket steering wheel (momo). So my problem I'm having now is that I'm not able to get proper connection without the wires swinging around I'm trynna find a way where I can have the horn wire (green/red) sit in place and do something about it having a connection to the hub or either what not if anyone has a way I can work this out is appreciate it!

Just use your stock clock spring. Since you will no longer be using the air bag circuit of the clock spring just use those two wires. Depin the other side in the steering column and run your 12v+ and ground off those pins.

I've tried everything so this is where I'm at

The hubs got the ground wire in it but I can't get a way of it working properly without the wire moving around when I turn the steering wheel >.>

Oh I see you have to use the oem wires for the horn. They come up the steering column from underneath/center. I've used them for my boost trigger before. Take the wheel back off and look for the wire. I think it's black. You can tap your wires in from the one side and then the oem setup Carries it to other side and then you can connect your buttom from there. There should be 2 wires one for each button on the stock wheel.

so do i connect whats one the stock wheel to the green and red wire ? and then run the wire to the hub wire?

Green with red is signal and black is ground. Tap into the stock lines before it goes into the column. There's a special plate In there to transfer the signal without wires getting tangled. Make sense?

oh really ? for mine is the green/red wire is the horn when i touch metal it goes off

Right green/red is power/signal so when you ground it makes horn blow. So u need to connect to that then ground goes to shim on that came with adapter. If your just adding the horn button and leaving stock horn and wiring you don't have to touch anything. You just need to attach ground to shim and horn should work like stock. Sorry you shouldn't have to rewire anything just find ground b

yeah i cut the harness off which left me with the green/red wire and the other wires for cruise control. i have a momo hub which has a black wire inside of it can't find a good solution how to get it wired properly

Ok so once u click in the horn button it grounds to that black wire that came with the momo hub. You should be able to connect that to the stock ground in there and it work.

I've tried that it ends up swinging around l.ol I'll upload a picture today or tmrw of what I mean

Oh I just took mine apart and I saw. The wire goes to the center plug on horn button. Then the metal plate grounds it when you push it on. That's how mine is.

So I've got the wire (red/green) just hanging I have no clue what to do with it
