Injector size question

Okay,

I dropped off my car to Buschur racing, and they told me that I didn't need 580 cc injectors installed, so they'll tune it and dyno it. Why? I thought, I would need them?
This is my set up:

6Bolt Motor in a 95 GSX
Greddy Upgraded intercooler
K&N Filter Kit
Super 16 G
Apex S-AFC II
3inch downpipe all the way back
Walbro 255 fuel pump

And they also told me that I didn't need a SX AFPR also?

What is going to happen if I still have stock injectors???
And why did they tell me this???

Could someone help me out?
These guys are one of the best in the business, but why did they recommend this to me?

You need larger injectors because you will hit fuel cut with the mods you have. Runnin a 255 will overun you stock fpr.

I'm trying to break into the 12's, will the stock injectors do it with my setup? I just don't understand why they would suggest me running stock injectors? Just didn't want to question them, cause they're the pros...
