The guy I bought my '90 tsi parts car gave me this ECU with it. He said its a '90 EPROM, but it has no case. Is there a way to check? What about the ECU that is in the car, is there any visual differences? Thanks! :rocks::hellyeah::D

I know the ECU is an EPROM.....

He gave me just the ECU no case. Im trying to determine from that.

Damn, he de-soldered the chip already getting ready to socket it... crap!

Do a search ("Ctrl f") on Steve's site with the numbers (disregard any lettering) on the white connector of the board. Do that and you'll know what you have.
