How to wire turn signals seperate from brakes

I'm going to be in Europe, also my car, by the end of the year and one of the stipulations are that the turn signals have to blink separate from the brake lights. I would just like to get some input on wiring.

What I meant was, HOW do you wire the turn signals in the rear seperate from the brake lights.

If you look at the Eclipses from Europe, I believe they have a different tail light assembly. Different colors, etc. The wiring to the assembly could be the same, and just the wiring inside the assembly is what makes it behave differently.

Unfortunately, I haven't had direct experience with this. But I would look at the european models as a starting point, maybe just swapping tail lights with someone over there would do the trick?

hmmm....Talons have different turn signals and brake lights, and i know their harness is different. Maybe its as easy as just swapping the harness for the rear lights.

I dont think that it is just different inside the housing. I mean the very outer lights are already in a separate housing in which the bulb attached to the harness is essentially just plugged in. So I guess I just have to distinguish which wire control the brake lights, and which ones control the signals and hazards.

I'll try and research the talon harness too i sure as hell won't find a 2g talon in a picknpull, not that I've seen .

since you need you tail lights to work like the Euro tail lights, maybe you can figure it out from this ^ write up, or just install Euro tail lights and use that write up
