I have read and looked through many different websites trying to find a solution to my problem. My turn signals and Hazards suddenly stopped working. I popped the hood and noticed the fuse was blown so I replaced it with a new one. The problem I am running into now is that, with a new fuse in, my turn signals won't work and when I put my hazards on, the fuse instantly blew. I tried putting a 15a in where the 10a fuse is then I turned my hazards on and you can hear a clicking noise coming from what seems to be the Hazard Control Module. I would get about 3-4 faint flashes then the fuse would pop. I checked the wires and none of them looked shorted or chaffed in any ways.

Do you think my problem could be that I need a new Hazard Control Module? The box behind the radio? Could this problem cause the fuse to instantly blow and is the Module supposed to click rapidly?

If my problem is the HCM, does anyone know or have one for sale? I have searched forever and only found a couple but they were for 1gs. Not sure if there is any difference between the 1g and the 2g HCM.

My bulbs look fine and I haven't seen a short yet while going through the wires. I pulled out the HCM and took out the board. I noticed this around the front solders near the plug. Not sure if this is the problem but it looks sort of burnt to me. I am not an electrical expert
