Turn signals working but hazards do not

So I had to take my car in to get the security system fixed.
Now my hazards dont flash.
I dont know if they were working before I took it into the shop or not. The last time I had to tow my car home they DID work.
So my turn signals work and flash. If I press the hazard button the lights do not flash and if I press on the lever to act as if I was using turn signal they still dont flash.
Unpress the hazard button and the turn signals work again.
Any thoughts?

Test the hazard button. Then try swapping in a different 2g turn signal flasher unit.
