Resolved 2GNT Turn signals do not work when headlights are on?

Hello, I have a 1998 Eclipse GS, 420a. I've used this forum to fix many of my problems but I have recently been stumped and haven't been able to come to a solution.

My problem is that the turn signals are not working when dash lights/headlights are on. Without the dash lights / headlights on, the turn signals work fine, they blink fast but they work accordingly. With the headlights/dash lights on, the left turn signal on the cluster stays lit, the radio dims (not sure if its related), and the blinker/turn signal does not work at all, meaning they light up but stay solid. (right turn signal blinks once then stays solid) And the hazard lights work normal, at normal speed too. Maybe something with the illumination from the aftermarket radio or bypassed rheostat?

I've replaced all the bulbs (front and rear) and switched out both the turn signal switch and turn signal relay unit (was used but I assume its a working one) and no change. A few sockets for the light bulbs have a little bit of corrosion on the inside, but the contacts themselves are clean and I don't think it would cause this big of a problem?

All wires look fine. I've checked all the fuses. Any input would help.

I've actually changed my scenario a little bit now that I think I fixed the left blinker. The left turn signal no longer stays on the dash when the dash lights are on, it was the plug that I added myself and of course I mixed up a wire. However, the hazard lights no longer work, it blinks once then both turn lights stay on just really dim. Same for the blinker, I turn either left or right the light just stays solid, no blinking. I'm beginning to think its the turn signal relay. Turn signals/blinker works when headlights/dashlights are off still.

Like I said before though, I've already swapped one in and it didn't change anything, but that was before I fixed the left signal light wiring, it was used so what are the chances that one didn't work either?

The turn signal/hazard relay? Not sure how to test it as its not a simple relay its a whole unit.
