1G Head lights don’t turn on turn signals don’t work and auto seat belts don’t work

Just finished a new build on 1990 GSX. I’m now running fuel tech 550 so tried to eliminate some of the excess wiring behind the dash for a lot of the instrument cluster as well as all the HVAC system.

All necessary chassis harness stuff was left alone and all plugged back in. My headlights pop up and down as they should and the hazards work as they should but not turn signals or headlights. Tails work fine running lights and brakes illuminated as expected. I'm able to get the headlights on if you jump the relay in the engine bay.

The other odd thing is once I actually hooked the battery up for the 1st time the seatbelts retracted as expected because the doors were open but now will not work when doors are closed. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
 
It depends with or without theft alarm.
Here’s all of them. I’d make sure the grounds are good for the multifunction switch/headlight switch first and check all the fuses.

If you still have it, check the big alternator fuse in the stock fuse box. It handles power to a lot of other accessories in the car.

I removed mine one time and had similar issues.
 
Any update?
Nope still no luck. I’m just so confused the headlight switch flips up the headlights turns on running lights but no headlights. I’m able to turn the headlights on by jumping the headlight relay under the hood. As for the turn signals the hazard button works but still can’t get them to individually work. I’m also able to get the windows to work the same way as I was able to get the headlights to turn on. I can jump the relay under the hood and then both drivers and passengers windows work. Still SOL on the seatbelts I think their is a relay for those as well under the dash I was going to try and use the jumper trick there too just haven’t had time.

This. Many years ago, when I brought the car back to life, I was experiencing similar symptoms. It ended up being that main fuse. Did you ever check it? If so, and if it is good, what is the last point in the system where you have voltage on for the particular circuit?
 
Well found the issue but still don’t know where I’ve lost power. I’ve got no constant 12v coming through the white wire to the ignition. So at this point I’m just going to pull constant 12v from my relay/fuse panel I added an add an inline fuse and just bypass wherever I’ve lost the original 12v.
