I was finishing up some work last night when I started my DSM I realized I was dumping some fuel. One of my fittings wasn't completelly tight. I fixed the problem, wiped up the fuel and waited about an hour and the car started great, and ran great for about 30 minutes. I drove it all the way from idle to WOT in 3rd, no problems at all. I brought it in for the night and let it idle for 30 seconds then shut it off.

This morning I got in it turned the key and clicked connect for ECMLink. It started rough, but that is usual, cold start+e85 and no EGR make it a bit rough until it warms up. It idled worse than normal going lean then rich and back and forth, then it died. I looked over at my laptop and ECMLink had frozen, so I force quit and restarted. This time ECMLink connected and all my settings were fine, but the car ran horrible again and died. I got it to normal temp but it still ran like crap and died.

I checked all the connections (they seem good.) I'm holding proper fuel pressure, my global fuel settings and deadtime are correct. There are maybe 100 miles on my NGK Iridium plugs and NGK Premium wires, never had a problem with either. I just changed my headgasket, but I wasn't having any overheating issues and no coolant in my oil. Also no loose couplers or vac lines. I also checked each injector using Link, all 4 are pulsing.

My oil filter is a k&n and I had to beat it up a bit to remove it so I could install a plate to tap into for oil pressure.

My question is could it be the oil filter? Could my computer freezing mess up my ECU? Could the fuel leaking from the rail corroded the wiring?

I am at a loss here, I'm going to check the resistance for the ISC and TPS, but a month ago they were fine. I could use any suggestions.

Also my EGTs are usually around 800F at idle, but they were around 550-600F this morning, seemed odd to me, but I figured I'd throw it in here.

Also my power transistor is almost directly under where the fuel leaked, possibly a corrosion problem?

I checked the TPS and ISC, both are good. I was informed it could possibly be a clogged fuel filter or injectors, thanks to E85 and the residue that sometimes gets left behind. I'll check both of those, and see if perhaps that is the problem.

Update:

Pulled the rail, cleaned the injectors and it didn't help. Replaced the fuel filter and I checked the plugs, they are still good. I can't figure this out. Anyone?

I realized that now it sounds like it is only running on 1 coil. Even though early while using DSMLink I was able to disable each INJ and feel the difference across all 4 cylinders, but it seems only as though now it is running on 2. I am fairly certain it is the power transistor. My coil pack(both 1&4, 2&3), plugs, wires, CAS, and injector resistor box are all fairly new. I don't have any broken or frayed wires, and all my sensors check out. I also don't have any movement on my tachometer in the gauge cluster, which is due to the fact the 12V noise sensor decided to break off. The only problem is I have no idea where to get my hands on a power transistor and noise filter for a 6 bolt motor, quickly that is!

Well while trying to disconnect that connector for the tach filter my finger decided to get in the way of my very sharp "reenlistment" knife. Long story short, a few hours in the ER and some pain killers later I haven't had a chance to see if it worked.
