I know there are many posts about a test pipe vs a high flow cat and i know a hollow cat or a straight through test pipe is better than a high flow cat BUT i have more of a specific question. Right now i have the stock cat hollowed out with a pipe straight through it on my car. Soooo heres the question. The hollow cat on my car is straight through but only 2 inches in diameter. So which do you think will make more power, my 2" hollow straight through cat, or a 2.5" buschur racing high flow cat? I only ask because even though my hollow cat is straight ...its only 2 inches.

But if were talking about a 1/2" difference, its not really going to make much of a difference to validate the time/money spent on changing it out. Youre looking at over $100 for what? 1-3 HP?
