high knock count with evo3 16g

i bought a 93 tsi awd a month ago.the car runs fine but at wot i have 40 counts of knock and my inj duty is at 50%.my mods are evo3 16g , big fmic,all hard piping for ic, greedy type s bov, fuel pump rewire (not sure what size pump).what really has me confused is that when i turn the boost up the knock goes away.idk any help is tia.this is my first dsm .i use to own a honda

What are you using to log/tune?

And do you have a wideband to check your A/F ratio? or at least your o2 volt?

i have a logger the guy that sold me the car gave me it a palm with mmcd on it.the o2 is around .9 at wot .i am also getting real bad gas mileage.i did a comp. test the other day and it was 155 all the way across.after i bought the car i did plugs and wires.the guy also had paperwork from the fuel pump, knock sensor, t belt, water pump, tensior, and head gasket being replaced.
