2G help with logging timing/tuning

here is a 3rd gear pull, can someone tell me what am i looking for when im tuning with my safc,
where do i want my timing curve to be in relation to rpms and tp%
and or tuning advice to get best power/timing..

3rd gear
3000 rpms WOT
safc setting 30 low throttle, 70 high throttle
at 15-16 psi
