Ok well firstly have you run it in that year? Or even started it? If not then you want to do a full change over oil, plugs, filter's, ild also check to add some injector cleaner and test to make sure all your moving parts like throttle plate and bov are still moving and not stuck! Could have condensation aswell and in the petrol. And to your 3000k you might have a seal that's gone so check it out with a boost leak test then go round and check every seal you can. Its ends up being more expensive to leave a car for a year then to run it LOL unless you take care of it in the year out! Starting it moving etc. If you left it on the wheels and not axle stands then the wheel bearings might be dodgy so just be careful I've had that happen to me just after 9 months! Hope you can get it all done

First, Check for boost leaks. Sounds like you definatly have one.....

when you finish that and if you come up with nothing, And even if you do fix the problems, you should still: Do a tune up.

plugs/wires/fuel filter/air filter(if needed), And add new fuel.

Once that's done, Report back.

Make sure you drain the old gas out and fill it up with fresh gas. Then try basic tune up stuff: spark plug wires, plugs, filters, make sure oil is good etc. As far as the rough idle, maybe check for boost leaks.
