Help, 91 GS-T engine to 96 ESi, and ESi questions

Ok, My 1991 Eclipse GS-Turbo has a certificate of destruction meaning I can never ever get it titled no matter what. So, I found a 1996 Eagle Talon ESi for sale for around $1100. The engine does not run. But the body and interior are in good condition.

Now my questions.
1. Is $1100 A good deal for a non-running 96 talon?
2. Can I put my 91 Eclipse engine with the Turbo in the Talon?
3. If so how much trouble and money would it take?
4. Could I use the Talon tranny with the Eclipse engine or no?

Also, is I were to look for aftermarket part for the 96 talon I could just use all 96 eclipse part because they are the same right? And the aftermarket body kits for the eclipse would fit the talon right>?

With some modification the parts will fit as far as the body stuff. As for other parts they are all interchangeable, but only non-turbo parts on non-turbo cars.
