i've use the search function but found none, anyways, i currently own a 96 eagle talon esi, i just wanted to know how much hp can the internal of the stock engine can handle if i were to add a turbo it has about 120k miles, thanks

Assuming you can properly fuel it, the factory internals can handle somewhere near 300whp. The misconception that the 420a will only handle ~200whp on factory internals (~8psi on something like a 16g) is due to the budget fuel system often used when boosting the 420a for the first time.

12:1 FMU + 235cc Injectors (stock) + 255HP = budget fuel system

1:1 AFPR + 1000cc Injectors + 255HP + MegaSquirt = top of the line fuel control.

With upgraded internals, the engine's physical potential rises.

appreciate the reply bro, i'll probably just keep it as my daily driver

That completely depends on you. The amount of machining, parts you choose, balancing, and whether you assemble the motor yourself or have a shop do it all effect price.

Start looking up parts prices and calling reputable shops.
