hey, i am pulling my head cause i just got a brand new one from the machine shop. everything is off and i should be able to just pull my head off the engine, but im wondering if i need to take the arp studs out of the block or if my head will come off over them or not. also, if i do need to pull the studs out, is an allen wrench gonna work or will the allen break?. please help me out here. thanks, charles

Did you grind down the motor mount so the exhaust manifold stud farthest to the right can clear it? If you put the studs in with the head still on the car, then you will have to remove the studs before the head comes off. First remove the nut on top of the stud, then remove the stud with an allen wrench.
