hail damage [Merged 6-7]

I just have to get this off my chest. I'm away from home and I get a call from my dad they said they had a hail storm. So anyways I thought i had enough body damage (right front fender is dented in) he tells me he counts 56 dents. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Then I get a hold of myself and think about how he tells tall tales. Then I see the pics AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

He's right I see tons of dents. The worst part is my car is black. Now as if it could get any worse I find out my mustang vert which is black was also hit. The truck and the van to. Right Now I HATE IOWA WEATHER.

So anyway enough rant I want to know if I can get any dents out. I sure hope I can cause If not I'm F!@#$$

Depending upon how bad the hail damage is, a good bodyshop might be able to PDR (paintless-dent-removal) them. It is a lot cheaper than repainting. Call around local shops and ask them.

quite a few years back we had a major hail storm here, golf ball size. alot of shops were doing dentless repair using dry ice. if the dents arent to bad the dry ice does work.

the front moving across the coutry just hit here today.. soft ball sized hail hit my 2g DD well i was at work ... theres dents all over the top of the car and a few on the sides . anyone else have anything happen? lucky me. at least none of my glass was broken, im at work but ill get pics up hopfully tommrow. i just wanted to see if this storm hit bad anywhere else.

yup yup around 3pm it was like the horsemen of the apocalypse were riding through,i work at triplett auto in akron and we had baseball to softball size hail. 5-6 cars in our parking lot had glass blown out and a friend who has a stratus r/t had his back glass popped in 6 places looked like someone punched holes in it. my suv and my wifes pt cruiser have 30-50 dents each...

I got it really bad too about a month ago. Just got my car like 6 months ago and it was almost flawless. I got $1100 from insurance, but had a ton of other bills to pay, so the car will have to remain dented until I win the lottery

that sucks man sorry to hear,your car is nice as hell. luckily i have full coverage on both vehicles,my house took a hit as well vinyl siding cracked all over and brand new windows we had installed in april with dented casings. it sucks but just material objects..glad nobody was hurt or worse i cant imagine getting hit in the noggin by one of those 2-3 inch size hail.
