Thanks guys! dsmcurse, ill definitely keep your offer in mind.
Im leaving the hole at 6250, and about full boost, was running 38psi, we cranked the boost up to 40ish for the last pass, but the car was skating pretty bad and let out of it right at the 1000' mark.

Is the mod list in your profile current? I'm mostly wondering about the fuel setup.

Amazing. Everything is perfect.

Hats of to Dave, Justin, Dacowgod and everyone involved.

Wow! Leaving on full boost huh? No wonder it sounds so good when it rips first gear. OMG Man, that dogbox is awesome! :hellyeah:

mod list is up to date, I dont use antilag, and I start slipping the clutch when the lights on the tree are on their way down, in the incar video, you can hear when I start slipping, cause the turbo starts spooling louder, which is about a second before taking off.
The dogbox was the best investment on my car, wouldn't want it any other way!

It sounds like loading up the engine with the trans (slipping the clutch out) is bringing it the rest of the way up to target boost.
Staging brake. ;)

You can see it a little better from this angle:

^ Shifter cables were the originals, hence the missed shift. This has since been remedied. :D

Gotcha.. that's (staging brake) on my list of things yet to do.. a depressingly long list :banghead:

I am having a similar issue with my AWD trans swap, we found a pair of cables that is "close" but I still have to be mindful. On two occasions where I wasn't paying full attention it popped out of 2nd, guessing partial engagement. Fortunately those werent shifts made in anger.

We modified the bracket on the trans some, but its not as sweet as it could be.. any hints or tips you guys want to share. PM if you'd rather. :D

Im not full boost while im stageing and on the two step, im full boost after I take off and the clutch is fully engaged.

Yeah I tried to run the car at the shootout with bent/straighten out cables, but was never back to right.. New cables are bad ass and so smooth shifting.

A dogbox would be nice but im happy with my trans (for now). Is there any particular reason you dont use antilag dave? Trying to keep the turbo and driveline healthy or do you not see any positive results from it?

No need in using antilag on a small frame turbo, antilag is more used to spool big monster turbos!

I see what youre saying. How did you run your staging brake? It looks like it holds you at the line great with such a light car and some big power behind it. Thats crazy that the car weighs just under 2300. Im hoping to see around 2500 but ill be lucky to get that.

Yes its tapped into the brakes, puts pressure at one front wheel and one rear wheel.
