You better run faster then 11s. I didn't make anywhere clsoe to that power level with my 20g, but it was an 11.70 car at 117 mph on 550cc injecters about 2 years ago on race gas. Your setup really looks good.

well no real update from me yet. Money is well there is none until the army gets their head out there ass and fixes my pay since i just came on active orders with my national guard unit 3weeks ago and should have seen a check already.

FPR, 5bar map sensor, ecu need to be installed

need to check fuel pump in the tank to make sure it is truely a 255HP

time/money right now a slim to none so the car will be sitting until i get either or LOL

Join the club. I only need roughly another $5k to get mine back together. But even if I had $ sitting around at the moment, I just dont have time nor energy to work on it.

I'm sure a day at your house or even a few hours the car would be running :) mine anyways.

The only real update from me is that This weekend Labor Day Weekend, I will start the pump gas road tuning. So I have a few weeks of road tuning, and then I will be at the dyno to fine tune and get my new graphs. I am also trying to figure out if I want to run c16 or q16.

I will post some updates pics and maybe some log files over the weekend.

Back from the dyno, I was only able to do a pump gas map. The booth was just way to hot to continue.

California 91 pump gas
No Meth or any other additives
Booth temp was 112 degrees
Air Intake temp at idle was 126 degrees

Once I was out on the road the car pulls harder than it pulled on c16, it also spools up much faster now, I see full boost about 5300rpm. Once the temps out here get nice I will hit the dyno again and see what I can do on both pump and c16.

I will put up the graph tonight and I will have a video next week some time.

Overall I am very happy with the tune, the car runs very strong. I am really amazed at how well it runs on the street. In the booth it was awesome but on the high way the turbo hits hard and just keep on pulling all the way to 8k.

Alfred at Tuning Technologies in Colton California did a kick ass job, the car idles well even though it does not have an ISC anymore. Very good tune, very happy with it. I can hardly wait to hit the track and then hit the dyno again and do a c16 map.

Few questions for anyone running a t67 what size injectors are you running, I think I need ot go to the 1600, I am already running about 70 duty cycle on the pump gas.

What injectors are you running now? 1150s? A few different people on dsmlink forums have suggested 1150s using this turbo.

I am currently running 1000cc FIC, as for being at 70% DC, I am only running 25psi, so on c16 and 35+psi i could burn through the over head really quick.

Great looking set ups guys. Its just weird that was as fast as you ran. I ran a 11.98@118 on evo3 16g in a full weight fwd 2g. There is no way im making 450whp. I am going to upgrade this winter but maybe i should stick with the mighty 16g.

Car is a full weight Galant VR4, and I am about 250. So the car has full interior, the only stuff it is missing is the ac pump, and the ps pump, other than that is it a full weight car, with a big ass dude driving it. Also the best 60' I have had so far is a 1.8, so I need to get that down also, and I also granny shift so that I do not explode my trans that has 230k on it.

I also need more pratice at the track however out here in Southern Cali the 1/4 mile track is only open every 3 months or so for one day, and you only get 3 runs. Which kinda sucks.

Added Dyno Sheet to the first post.

You will use much more fuel on pump gas than you will on race gas, unless c16 is something like e85. Every time I have used any sort of race fuel my duty cycles have always come down.

Ran into a bit of a snag tonight, my buddy thats working on the talon called me to state that the FP 4" intake pipe running a 2g mas won't work on the car. Basically the way the IC piping is on that car its going to get in the way and wont clear.

turbo-4"coupler-4"fp pipin-4" coupler-2gmas-filter.

This is on a '91 talon 5speed. I was brainstorming and thinking of:

turbo-4"coupler-2gmas but then he told me it would hit the shift linkage when going into 2nd gear. So i'm looking for some insight from someone with a 1G running the hta88 turbo.

Intercooler on the car now is similiar to a greddy where the charge pipe comes back over top of the IC core through the sidemount location to the turbo. Wish i had some photos to share but i dont at this point in time.

Any ideas?!

Worse case i have to order a MAF-T setup again to run on the damn car which means more downtime which im not really looking for right now. The 2.3l built motor will be going into the talon near the end of nov. beginning of dec. trying for a quick fix at this point so i can drive the car.

to add onto my last post above, i'm checkin out dejontools website they have a 4" pipe that seems to be small in length but i dont want to purchase it if its going to have the same outcome.

CIP-1gSx - 3.5 & 4" - NO tubes - $150

scratch those last questions! The talon was driven last night for a while. MBC was turned all the way down, running off wastegate spring boost was set at 12psi. Found out how crappy the suspension is on the talon hitting 12psi 1st, 2nd, 3rd, mid way through 4th gear. Dsmlink was monitored by the tuning along with the innovative LM1. All i was doing was driving.

We took the car out easy just putting around for about 10mins (had front driverside wheel come loose after torqueing the studs) Went back to the house to tighten them back up, Car hit about 223 degrees while the car idled at 2k due to faulty throttle cable(?) We are replacing the cruise control cable with a 1G noncruise control cable which should fix the issue there. Took the car back out thats when i got to lay into the car as stated previously. 2nd pull turned out to be the end of the ride LOL. Oil filter housing sprung an oil leak, issue was fixed guess it ended up being the fitting for the aftermarket oil pressure gauge. Road had a real thin line, but big enough to see while driving for about 2miles if that on the way back to the house straight into the garage.

Things that are going to hurt this setup on the 1G talon:

*FMIC is way to small
*stock camshafts from cyclone motor
*stock intake manifold from cyclone motor
*1 255HP fuel pump
*current intake setup is stuck in place, LOL, using 2g mas and FP 4" intake pipe.

Only took 2 photos before the car was started but here's the latest photos i have, more to come later this week! (Car has not been washed since i picked it up a few months ago, when it is running it will be fully detailed for sure, and photos aren't the greatest sorry!!!)

No problem man, glad to hear you are making some progress with your setup. I am really excited about the 1/4mile track that opens the first week of Novemeber. I just wish that california had more tracks. With my new throttle body, and a good pump gas map I am hoping to be somewhere in the mid 11's as long as the trans does not blow up. It is getting pretty clunky. I think I will need to swith to a twin disk setup pretty soon also, as much 6puck is not as happy as it once was.

I am also tweaking my map to see if I can get it to run much better out of boost. A lot of little tweaks and they just take sooo long. I am also trying to wire up the AEM DIS box, but I want to fire each coil by its self. So I am also messing with my harness.

P.S.
I am still running the 7's with a gap of .24 for pump gas and 25psi.
