2G FIC 2150 injectors with Radium fuel rail

Hello

Was curious if anyone is running 2150 injectors or something similar in size with a Radium fuel rail. I’ve been speaking with FIC and Radium trying to find a solution but I keep having the injectors leak as the rail can’t get close enough to the head (photos attached) which puts them at an awkward angle when tightening down but was told it should fit.

I have an FIC rail and don’t have an issue since the spacers are larger.

I have FIC 2150s with a Radium rail without any issues.

It looks like you might be missing the spacers from the head to rail.

Are you using the top or side feed rail? Do you know what rubber you’re using, wonder if my set is too tall

Sorry, I edited my last post. You are missing the spacers.

Your missing the fuel rail spacers. I would also loctite the the allen head bolts once they are installed with the correct spacer since they have a tendency to vibrate out. I have the rail on my car as well as installed it on a friends 2g with no issues. You can 3d print the spacers if you lost the original ones or you can but them for a few bucks new.

I didn’t get any spacers with the rail that I can see and bought the injectors used. Would FIC sell them? I do have a printer I could run them out of petg worst case

The spacers are the original stock spacers. Radium assumes you have those - I don’t think they sell them.

I found this file I Can do in petg then but then with some high heat paint

check the dimension - It is not unusual to adjust spacer thickness to suite the injector seals.
