montreal,
evo3 16g with all the supporting mods plus fmic , dnp manifold,o2 housing,650cc, and afc how much hp should i expect on 16 psi?

Upgrade the fuel pump and crank the boost up 20+ PSI and then you'll have some fun.

you can't just "crank up the boost" it all depends on the quality of gas.

For example, with California finest 91 octane I can not run over 19PSI (on my E16G) no matter what size injectors I have. The quality of the gas impacts how much PSI someone can run. When I try to run more than 19PSI my car pulls timing. This is also the same for people out here with 660cc on 91 octane.

For the original question: they are many variables that come into play and no straight answer. Do you have any boost leaks? How is your compression? Do you want to know HP or WHP? Do you have a Test Pipe or Cat?

The point is the best way to find out how much HP you have is pay $75-100 for 3 pulls on a dyno to find out.

For instance, I dynoed my car (about 2 years ago) and made 230whp @15PSI. At the time i had a very dirty air filter, 4 boost leaks, and I was leaking oil. About 3 months later I went back to the same dyno and fixed all my problems and made 255whp @ 15PSI.

++ well said.

i said 16 psi because i dont wanna blow my head gasket and as for my mods i have a 3' exhaust with not cat, downpipe, boost controller, air intake, fmic, uicp, wideband, 2100 act with flywheel, safc and walbro 255 fuel pump with afpr

You'll make lots of horsepower and gobs of torque. Unfortunately, it's impossible for anyone to tell you how much you'll make, as your car is vastly different from every other car on the planet.

Dyno your car, then you'll know.
