your internals should depending on boost and multiple other factors (miles condition, etc.....) but your being very vague. your stock fuel system will not however. I would look into bigger injectors, upgraded fuel pump and some way to log and tune ie dsmlink to go along with your 16g, not to mention a cooling factor ie upgraded ic (either sidemount or frount mount. if your planning on running more boost then say 20 psi i would upgrade your internals as a saftey precaution. but thats just me.

Like deek00 said.. your question is a yes and no. Yes your engine can handle the 16G turbo and no because your stock everything else will not handle the 16G turbo.

If you go up to the upper left hand corner and go under upgrade path it will answer all your question

If you used search and, heck, just used google instead of the forum search you could learn just about everything you will ever want to know about 16G turbos.

On topic, depending on what boost level you are running you will be just fine. My 16G @ 15psi untuned with supporting mods was running perfect.

You would be wise to get your fuel and tuning mods before putting on a larger turbo. It's not large compared to other turbos but it's still pushing more CFM of air at lower boost levels than your stock turbo.

The stock t25 can be bumped up to 15psi while on the stock fuel system. If you do go with the 16g and not incorporate supporting mods, you'll be limited (safely) to 13psi or so before you hit 100% IDC. Basically the injectors no longer pulse as they should and causes damage. This is another reason why logging while tuning is needed so you can see what is going on.

I would recommend just running stock wastegate pressure with the 16g if you do need to get it and not worry about turning up the boost until the supporting mods are installed and you can monitor the motor and other components.

Yeah, you should be fine running stock boost with a 16g. Trying to max a 16g your going to run into fuel cut soon. Your going to need support mods.

Also be warned the 16g likes to boost creep. You can easily fix that with porting in the o2 housing.

Do yor maintenance first bro or you will run in to problems like timing belt water pump little stuff like that.in the end you going hurt your bank ididt do my maintenance on my gsx now i have to 1500 to get fix is high number but im doing mods

Yes it'll be fine.

Don't take it more than 13psi if you're completely stock.

Buy a wideband then you can crank it safely.

Please do a simple search of our forums for all the information you need pertaining to this subject.

Oh, and if you post a new thread, please take the time to fully form your sentences.

Eagle Talon TIS. No.

Ya I am going to do the fuel modes first

you can get just fuel pump. i did 20psi on my 450cc with evo III 16g for long time now problem on my fwd after that i did awd conversion and swap to t3\t4 50 trim garrett with stock same 450cc. i run 15psi with out any problem for very long time , i dont know why people are saying that you only 13psi out of stock 450cc with 16g that its not true .... :nono: ill say 20psi with fuel pump upgrade and you will be happy for long time. if you want to run over 20 psi get 550cc or 560cc from evo.
