im planing on getting my first gsx and went to try and get this car started because the guy had this car for three years and hasnt started it. so we put things together on it and go to start it and it pops like it wants to start but nothing. we get fuel in the plugs so we thinking the fuel pump is bad because it pumping to much fuel? or it wont start because the gas been in the car for three years. im stumped if any one has an idea please let me know. the fuel pump does kick on it and it pumps fuel to the rail.

Some more info on the car would help. Mods, mileage, etc.

Three years is quite a while for gas to sit. The octane is probably like 30 LOL.

Do a fuel pressure test to be sure. Be sure you have spark and if you can, a compression test will help to make things a lot clearer. Depending on your compression test results, do a leak down test.

yes i have searched before i asked i always do. sorry there is 128000 miles no mods all stock except for a bov. the guy has a built eclipse and he put a bov on it without it recirculated. i know bad. once i get it started i want to get a 1g bpv or a hks ssqv with rec. kit. there is spark we checked that first is ther a place where we can run a fuel pressure test?
