mississauga,
I Just installed DSMlink v3 with a 95 eprom ecu and everything is runing good. I then intalled evo 8 injectors. My question is how to compensate for these injectors? I looked at this demo video here from ECMtuning: http://www.ecmtuning.com/demos/initialsetup.html
In the video he goes to ECU config (live) and the side bar on the left looks like this:

RPM/TPS
Fuel
Timing
MAF comp
Speed Density
NB02 sim
ALS/Knck
Dash
Misc
DTC's
ECU inputs

Then he clicks on the fuel tab.
My side bar doesnt look like this, it doesnt have fuel, timing, or MAF comp. Am I missing something here? Or am I doing something incorrectly? It may be somthing simple im just not seeing. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Watch the demos, and read the wiki. To compensate for the injectors, go to the Fuel tab, then at the bottom you see settings. Click the Calculate button, and insert your injector info there, click OK, and it will compensate it for you. You also want to set the deadtime, IDK what to exactly, that you have to find out on the ECMLink site, baseinjectordata [ECMTuning - wiki]

I understand that, and what is explained in the demo. the problem is when I go to ECU config live and the settings, there is no "fuel" tab

Also, I would post this in the ECMtuning forums but I purchased this second hand from someone. He gave me the login info but not the password.

Do you happen to have Link V3 Lite? Also, I would contact ecmlink, their info can be found on their contact page.

You're going tohave to e-mail Tom Dorris to get the account transfered over to your name so you can change your user Id and password. His e-mail address is: [email protected]

IF your looking for how to adjust them to your setup for dead time and global the dead time for evo injectors would be 0, and global i think was -21. in one of the pull downs you have two main options one is direct access the other is ecu settings or something. I think its uner the fuel tab?

yeah it would be under ecmlink settings. For some reason, When I go to Ecmlink settings there is no Fuel tab, or timing, or MAF comp

Ok, problem solved I contacted Tom Dorris. He simply mention I just needed to upgrade my firm ware :p
I upgraded and now everything is ok :thumb:
Thanks for everyones help
