Am i missing something?

Hey guys,
normally i wouldnt ask this noobish of a question but im getting terribly frustrated.
I just bought this GSX about a week ago and finally got my pioneer head unit for it. i got the harness and did all the wiring, but the only issue im having is trying to mount it. I have a feeling im missing a bracket or something. i also have the OEM plastic cradle that i need. but i cant find a way to bolt the head unit it self to something so it doesnt move around. here are some pics to help. Thx in advanced.

I've got 2 brackets in mine that its supposed to bolt to, looks like your missing those ill take a pick in a lil bit and post it up for your to see.

i figured there was something missing, is there anywhere i can buy these brackets? ive been trying to fabricate something but with what i have it hasnt gone well...if i have to ill goto ace and def find something that'll work. i'd rather not be sloppy and get the OEM if i can tho. Thanks a bunch.

The best way to mount the radio is with the STOCK mounts. However that black plastic thing you have in the 3rd pic can be used.

You take the cage from the radio and slid it in the plastic bracket. The bend the cage tabs over to hold it in place. Now screw the plastic bracket to the cars console bracket. Plug in the radio and slid it in the cage hole till it locks in.

I just dug up some brackets from a 93 dodge stealth i had before this, they look alot like the 1g DSM brackets some guy was selling on ebay. are the 1g and 2g brackets the same? i was trying to make them work but i dont really see a way they mount. I will post pics of the brackets in a few hours. thx for the responses thus far.

Crutchfield has this mount for sale, maybe that's the kind of thing you're looking for?

Thats the closest thing ive seen so far, looks interesting...

heres a pic of the brackets i found from my stealth...although i have been trying to make work but ill need to fab something most likely...or i might try that crutchfield thing.
