Okay, so I was wanting to ask the community for some help. I came across a brand new T3 turbo, for basically nothing. A friend owed me some money, I had a set of rims w/bad tires. We traded rims+debt/brand new turbo. So anyways, it is an internally gated Garrett T3 with the weird 5 bolt exhaust side. It has the housing that bolts up to the turbo and allows the WG/turbo to dump into one 3 bolt connection for the down pipe already attached. It just doesnt have an o2 housing like I want.

So heres where my question comes in. Isnt there an evo w/a T3? Does it have a 5 bolt o2 housing? I basically want to find an o2 housing that will bolt up to that particular bolt pattern.

here is a link to something really similar to what this turbo has, if not the same:

So thats not the same turbo, but that is what the Hotside looks like. I want an o2 housing that fits that bolt pattern. I am sure there are OEM housings that will work, I just need some help.

I think a DP from ebay would work if I wanted to run an external gate. I want to use my internal gate though. Here is a link to the ebay DP I was talking about:

I know that one is for a honda, But I think it illustrates what Im saying. You can see it blocks the internal WG, and has the o2 spot too far away from the turbo..

Thanks for the help guys

Not sure on the actual question here...

It would be best just to build one. You can buy the 5-bolt flanges like that on ebay with V-Clamps on them. The first DP I made for my turbo was using regular exhaust pipe welded directly to the flange and then bolted up to the flex pipe from the old N/A header that I had.

My new setup has the 5-bolt flange with the V-Clamp, going to a modified 3" GST downpipe to a 3" GST cat-back.

Here you can kind of see where the DP connects to the turbo. Again, it's the 5-bolt flange with V-Clamp. Great little setup I think

That really is a slick setup!

I was just trying to stay away from fabbing it. I have 2 turbo 420a's and I fabbed both of those up similar to your style actually (retro-fitted 2g DP) but I was looking for something a little different.

To be really honest with you, this turbo is actually going on my f22b1 vtec accord. I just feel like the DSM community is much more knowing then the Honda community when it comes to this type of stuff. The Honda community is 99% kids with dreams and no money. This forum actually helps people get'r done!

I am going to powder coat the goods on the Honda, she is my DD. So, I was wanting a cleaner fab then what Im capable of. Thats the truth right there. I dont wanna heat wrap to hide my flaws, or for that matter buy some junk that will get discolored and fall apart. Thats why I was looking for something that was at one point OEM, because it would be cast and much better in my book then anything I can fab! Plus the o2 sensor right at the turbo outlet is great for tuning, which will be really important to me on my Honda since its a) my DD, and b) already running a fully tuneable chipped/socketed ECU.

Thanks for the input though, your fabbing skills>then mine otherwise I would do exactly what you suggested.

My fabbing "skills" are far from anything special, but I do appreciate the comment. I use this near crappy MIG welder unit with fluxcore and it sucks, but it gets the job done.

I'm not too familiar with what's out there for the Honda's. I'm sure there's some place that should make a DP for it. Don't see why not. Any exhaust shop should be able to do a quick piece like that for cheap. Might want to check around.

If I cannot find one that is ###### what will end up happening. BTW Honda's are pretty neato!

ECU's are often times easily hacked, chipped/socketed and even easier to upload fuel maps. Its super easy to tune w/Hondata, and you can download maps, upload to ecu and roll. Its that easy to tune. The base maps available are plentifull, and usually free or next to it. Load the map, adjust a little fuel/boost/timing and roll with it knowing the fuel map was 95% perfect when you got it. If you cannot tune corretly, log your run, email to a fellow Honda enthusiast and viola new fuel map VIA email for free, download/upload and roll with a good, free tune!!! Doesnt get much easier then that for a turbo car guy such as myself.
