I need some practice designing and cutting with the plasma cnc. What are some things you guys would like to see?

Can you email me the file [email protected]Spark plug wire covers (for regular and COP setups). Especially if you can make them pretty. There is a cad drawing floating around here somwehere, I may have downloaded it. IIRC only a few bolt holes were a little off.
IDK what file type you use, I am sure I can convert it...
Also... I designed some spark plug wire holders if you want to try and cut then out of aluminum.
They were copied/measured from the plastic originals and then redesigned for strength.
I intended to have them cnc cut by a router into plastic stock and not a plasma cutter through sheet metal. I can help you clean them up if you want or if you have questions.
ARGH wont lemme post master cam files... whatever.
Now that I look at the wire cover... Maybe it wasn't designed too well (Don't blame me. I didn't make it)?
Sure, draw me a pic and some measurements.cnc the platic 1g radio bezel but for 1g hvac relocation and radio ;P
No problem, draw it out.2g cluster delete (for custom gauhed) and hvac/radio delete for custom gauges.

2g cluster delete (for custom gauhed) and hvac/radio delete for custom gauges.
. Just get a 7" by 4 ft
CNC one like the one below... instead of wood??
2 holes for the big 3-3/8" gauges - hole size 3.375"
3 holes for the small 2 1/6" gauges - hole size 2.062"
2G cluster delete...

And a plate with 3 holes?

OK how do you want them?
Aluminum, similar profile but a thicker material that doesn't need the folded edges and a smaller hole for the rad pin. The front edges are bent down, can you machine angles, or use thin enough material to bend?
Here's an underhood pic showing them if you need one.

Hmmm i'm not sure how i can do this without folding something.
