Need some CNC ideas

I need some practice designing and cutting with the plasma cnc. What are some things you guys would like to see?

Rear bumper defuser like devins talon how he has like 7 evenly spaced holes? That but with stainless or aluminum.

Hey Kyle, they have those diffuser plates on eBay. I've been thinking about getting a set for my car as well.

Spark plug wire covers (for regular and COP setups). Especially if you can make them pretty. There is a cad drawing floating around here somwehere, I may have downloaded it. IIRC only a few bolt holes were a little off.

IDK what file type you use, I am sure I can convert it...


Also... I designed some spark plug wire holders if you want to try and cut then out of aluminum.

They were copied/measured from the plastic originals and then redesigned for strength.

I intended to have them cnc cut by a router into plastic stock and not a plasma cutter through sheet metal. I can help you clean them up if you want or if you have questions.

Now that I look at the wire cover... Maybe it wasn't designed too well (Don't blame me. I didn't make it)?

If you guys can use google sketchup, it should be easy to export that to a dxf for me.

Aluminum, similar profile but a thicker material that doesn't need the folded edges and a smaller hole for the rad pin. The front edges are bent down, can you machine angles, or use thin enough material to bend?

You could possibly make ones similar to the stm brackets for the evo. It would be a big chunk of aluminum to machine the bend for the front bolt hole on the 1g.Like these
