I sort of expect the bend for the front bolt, it's the stengthening ribs along the sides that I don't care for. I think I'm going to cut up a piece of strip metal and see what I come up with.

Maybe you can fab up some type of heat shield for the alternator. Something that would also protect it in case you sprung a leak in the power steering pump it would deter the oil from dropping down into the alt.

Played around tonight. Still have to drill out the holes. Not bad for one of my first times cutting aluminum. Hit it with a flap wheel both sides to clean it up. Not sure if i should sandblast them to finish them or not.
The diffusers ended up being 8.5" long. I kind of like them small, it's not too much but not too small. I can always adjust them.

It's 1/8 thick aluminum. Let me pick up a hand file and I will smooth out the edges. Hang it from your mirror or rear bumper.
$12 shipped for the mitsu pedant.

Circle ones but the length of the rear bumper and one piece, with x7 2.5" holes Stainless or alum, as long as it's 1/16 or 3/32 one solid piece.

I can only cut 24" long. And I am sure shipping may suck.

Can you cut two ones and have them intersect in the middle hole and habe the two half circles connect? I'll weld it up, you can get a poster holder thingy that would prob fit it. I'll pay shipping yo.

Not sure how long the rear bumper is. It only meeds to look like devins i posted.
