Difference between 5spd and auto and awd and fed mafs

Like the title says Is there a difference between the auto and 5spd maf?
Also is there any difference between the awd and fwd maf?
Im talking about 2g mafs here.
My logic tells me there is not but I want to be positive.

Nope, they are all the same (assuming they are all turbo MAF's)
