Difference in 5spd and Auto Turbo Cams??

Searching through the classifieds for turbo camshafts, I found a seller with 2 sets.

-5 spd turbo cams-$xx + $5 more
-auto turbo cams-$xx

Why is there a difference in price?
Is there actually a difference in the cams or something? Which one is better then?

The manual exhaust cam is slightly larger. Turbo cams give better upper end hp while auto cams will give better low end torque.

I'm planning a 1g head, intake, tb swap on my 2g awd auto. Would it be wiser to get the auto cams since I have an auto then or manual cams? Or would sticking to the 2g cams work best? I read somewhere (RRE site I think) that the 2g cams have a slight less duration then 1g's so I'm assuming they wouldn't benefit from being put in the 1g head?
