I just bought a assembled 6 bolt for my 95 gst I don't have a dial indicator to check the step but I do have the 7 bolt flywheel I've read the awd is smaller but im not sure what the difference is between 6 bolt and 7 bolt. Any help would be nice

FWD turbo flywheels have 110 teeth on the ring gear (and thus, a larger diameter) compared to AWD flywheels that have 106 teeth (smaller diameter). :thumb:
This refers to the number of bolt holes in the crank. You'll want to make sure you have a 6 bolt crank with a 6 bolt motor and same for the 7 bolt. Awd flywheels are smaller in diameter, no matter if it's 6 or 7 bolt

Other than the the different bolt pattern for AWD and fwd, the AWD flywheel is smaller width wise.

IT also important to check the step and coordinate with the clutch specifications so that its all within spec.
