D2 Racing coilovers

After a long time researching and learning about suspension, how it works and whats out there I decided to go with D2 racing coilovers. Theres been alot of talk on here about them if you search. It seemed like the way to go when compared to its competitors, Tein Flex's and JICs when looking at the price, customer satisfaction and performance.
I have never ever touched a piece of suspension except a strut bar. I decided to install them myself with a friend instead of paying around $200 for installation at a reputable shop. Like I said neither of us have touched suspension before. I was so suprised how easy this was. Literally anyone can do it. Just get a torque wrench, sockets and somethin to get it off the ground.
As far as the performance I am very impressed. I cant compare it to Flex's or JICs because I have never ridden with them but what I took off was some KYB GR2s and some springs that were way too low (the reason i took them off, they were on there when i got it). I would recommend this to anyone looking to invest in quality suspension.

Anyways, ask any questions you would like about it. BTW, I got the stock spring rates of 11/9.

Just somethin to add, in San Diego there are some roads and highways that aren't the best and the stiffness of this suspension at the factory spring rates is a bit much. I would recommend at least one step softer spring rates. I still love what I got though!

In michigan we have the worst roads around and i got one spring rate harder and they are not to bad. i mean if i wanted a cadillac i would have bought one. if you want the car to turn then you need the spring rate or you can get really big bars i guess but i would rather have the spring rate for when i want it and just take the bumps like a man. j/k
