Looking real good man! How much have you spent so far?

well lets see
16 elbows = 3.5x16=$56
3 1/2 feet of piping =$25
flange was off a old header = free
t4 flange = $19.99
2 wastgate flanges $20.00
ceramic coating $28.00 for a LB and i have enought left to do 10 more manifolds.
header wrap = $18.00 for 50ft and only used half.

grand total $167.00 and i have some stuff left over. coating, header wrap, tubing.

Thought I would dig this back up for an update?

yes the motor is done all i need is a train i am on my 3rd one now:hellyeah:. but with in the next month i should have it all together. lattley i have been putting all my time and money in to my m3 but that is almost done so out the m3 in with the eclipse :thumb:

you should make a support bracket for the turbo/manifold.
with tubing that long and that much weight the heat will cause the manifold to sag or crack.
looking real good though.

well guys i have the motor all in and running i still need to fab up some little thing but for the most part its done. i have some pics of the the and a small video of it running. the pictures will go in order for the time the motor left the house to the time it started on the first crank.

Good to see that you got it running. I was checking through your youtube account just last week looking for any new videos of it.

hey man.. what did you use for that custom rad hose.. does it seem to be holding up pretty good?

i used 16 gauge 1.5 still i bought a kit with a bunch of bends for an old project it was around $40. it worked out great i then gridded down the welds and sand them next i powder coated it with black it came out nice and is holding up good so far.

Amazing work

thanks it means a lot to me. after one of my friends shot me down on face book and said i don't know what i am doing.
