been trying to figure this out for a while my first assumption was air but i've lost count at the amount of times i've bleed this thing. i've been letting it drag on because of lack of time to deal with it. i kept going under the assumption maybe its air so i finally decided to make a detailed video. clutch kit is fairly new maybe about 10k or lil more miles on it,slave is new, ss line new and master cylinder new, HELPFUL input will be appreciated.

cold start car shift like butter after a duration drive the "crunchy" sound comes up and shifting becomes not so smooth. i looked online and tried greasing the pivot point where the slave makes contact with fork. tried greasing the master cylinder shaft didnt help either...

after alot of reading i've seen people say its the throw out bearing, if you also think its the throw out bearing please give a detail reason on why please.
