Correct Rim Wheel Offset

I want to buy a set of rims from somebody but im worried that it will not be the correct wheel offset the rim specs are as follows

17x7, dual 5-bolts (5x100/114.3), +45mm

I am worried the rims may hang out from the fenders if someone could reply to this it would be thankfully accepted

I'm running a 17x7.5 +42 and they fit good.

I think that's what you were looking for. A 17x7 +45 shouldn't protrude from your fenders at all.
