hi i have a 1g eclipse with the 4g63 2.0 n/t ... i bought this car for a dirt track car and its race ready... it sounds really mean and we did a compression test and the compression is 250 psi... i was wondering if that is really good? or what should it be to be considered as "high compression" pistons say "63dM". any help would be greatly appreciated... note... in my division your suppoed to be stock... i know 250 psi cannot be stock...

On the top of my pistons it say 63dM... are these stock or?? Its a 4g63 n/t

OK there are no numbers on any of the cam journals

That shows the main marking on a stock DSM cam.

Anything on the back of the head, trans side, between the cam journals.

OK its a 2.0 head it says 2.0 with an 8 underneath the 2.0 but for sure no number or letters on cams

Post a pic or two of the cam.

If you have a dial caliper, measure the cam.

Exhaust side lobes are 1.474 and intake side lobes are 1.490

You need to post the pics in the thread, that way if tuture DSM'ers search, they will be able to follow the thread.

Looks like you got the measurements for the toe, but now we need the base circle measurements.
