clutch slip after tranny install?

hey guys, i was wondering before the tranny install my clutch was fine, but now it slips in first, second and a little in third. we took off the clutch cylinder, and we put on a new throw out bearing and stuff...
i know its not the tranny cause its perfect going into shifts, its my clutch...but it is only 400 miles old and its a act2100, it shouldnt be out yet. only did like 10 launches total in 400 miles.

anyone have any ideas on what i should do? we took the slave completey off intact off the tranny, with the lind so we didnt bleed it. its in the clutch mechanism, if anyone has any ideas lemme know.
 
it shouldn't be bad yet, but if you did 10 launches before the clutch was broken in, its definately possible you coulda really ####ed it up, depending on how bad the launches were.....

you gotta give it about 500 miles of stop and go break in time dude, and if u didnt do that, i bet thats ur problem. Check for oil leakage from transmission. oil could make the clutch slip from being soaked. double check master and slave cylinders, and you might have something lose inside the clutch assembly, i had a lose bolt in mine before which thru off the master cylinder which burnt the shit outta my clutch makin it slip horribly.

it could be alot of things
 
10 launches within the first 400 miles of a clutch could easily glaze the surface of the clutch disc. I don't know if a glazed disc eventually gets its mojo back. Someone with glazing experience will have to help out with this one.
 
they wernt badass launches, just ####y launches from 4500rpm. i do know that for a correct launch it has to be after 500 miles on the clutch.

im guessing its something in the fork assembly or the slave cylinder...ill check the bolts on the slave and master, as stated above.
 
well here's the deal with a tranny install as you might know, the clutch and the flywheel does not need to be touched.
the clutch was perfect BEFORE the tranny install, but slipped after it...this leads to the clutch fork or the slave cylinder...right?
 
update: it was the center diff in the tranny that was toast..same clutch slip symptoms...
