1G Clutch slave cylinder, shot?

well just discovered from a friend that mine is broken, and needs replacing.
i was looking around but cant finda thread on it. my friend says its reeally easy and i like working on my car and wanted to know more about this problem, before i go ahead and do it wrong.
any pointers??

Easy remove it buy a new one install it bleed the system done.

A speed bleeder is your friend, but it is easy.

Make sure and bleed the master AND the slave cylinder

Ususally, it's best to replace both for you don't know how the condition of the master is. But, at least you can drain out all of that old fluid and replace with new before installing the new slave..

What? Ii bleed the slave, thats it the fluid comes from the cylinder, you bleed the system with the slave.

You need pointers? Will for starters if you got sensitive hands wear gloves. I wasn't aware i was so sensitive, the fluid started eating/ peeling my skin!

alright ill try doing that later... and hopefully be using my dsm once again.. pretty good present for christmas haha
