Just replaced the clutch slave cylinder and it is still leaking I have tried tightening it as much as I can and it still leaks any advice is appreciated. Leaking from

Check the flare surfaces of the fitting and the new slave. Check the threads. If there is any damage replace the offending part which is likely the hardline since you just replaced the slave. This is assuming that fitting is tight. Use a flare wrench.
 
Yes. Use a flare wrench. My oil pan was leaking and that’s exactly where the oil was ending up. Are you 100% sure it’s clutch fluid?
I’m sure it’s clutch fluid because the level of clutch fluid in the reservoir was going lower.
