hey all i have just finished puttin a brand new clutchmaster stage 2 clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and new throwout bearing on my 93 eagle talon turbo FWD. i also put on a new slave cylinder. i adjusted the clutch switch to manufactures specs. made sure all bolts where torqued to specs and adjusted the clutch pedal freeplay to manufactures specs. if the car isnt running i can put it into gear fine nice and smooth and crisp. when i have the car on, however, i can not get it into gear. it grinds and if i try to pull on it, say to get it into second gear the idle goes down and the car begins to die. there is still a lot of freeplay in the pedal it catchers near the floor but not enough. could this be the clutch master cylinder being defective? mine has a slight leak from the rear seal of the clutch master cylinder that you can see if your looking up from the floorboard.
any help would be greatly appreciated beacuse its beginning to become a lot of aggrivation and im just left scratching my head!

so looks like i found my next project!

yea thanks a ton! i found that out when trying to install the new slave master cylinder and trying to adjust it. i was getting so aggrivated. i would adjust it then that wouldnt be enough then i would have to do it again and each time it was like a half and hour just for two turns of adjustment!
then i found the broken bracket so now i get to do that.
