ECUflash Car won't run, P0105 but it's a Speed Density setup

So, a few days ago I had the car running great. It was VERY rich at idle, but I wasn't concerned with it as I have a remote tune scheduled for tomorrow with Ricky from Rix Racing. In preparation for the remote tune, Ricky gave me a small checklist of stuff to do before Monday, none of which should have caused my current issue.

BLT passed at 30 psi, I wired in my wideband to pin 75 on the ECU so it can be logged, verified mechanical timing, pulled the plugs and verified gap. I also wired in a new head unit.. irrelevant, but just covering all of the bases.

After completing all of the above, I went to start the car and it wouldnt start. Almost sounds like it's down a cylinder, but I already verified fuel and spark across all 4 cylinders. ECU was throwing codes for P0100 and P0105, both related to the MAF (which was never installed as I am running speed density, with a GM IAT wired in, and a Mitsu Style Omni 4 bar where the stock MDP was). I grabbed a known good MAF and installed it. P0105 remains and the car still won't run properly.

I'm at a loss currently and NEED to have this fixed by tomorrow at 10am. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Log attached, it runs (horribly, at around 400 rpm) for about 5 seconds before stalling. If I give it some gas, I can keep it running a little bit longer...
